The gym itself is largely weights orientated, and the trademark workout here usually consists of a dumbbell, kettlebell, resistance equipment and cardio machine rotation.
Group training sessions are also available and there are a wide range of classes scheduled throughout the week, from high-energy, calorie burning Ki Max, to breathing therapy OXIGENO sessions.
